It a busy bugs life. The Jasper room has been working hard and discovering so much about bugs. Having Caterpillars and Super Worms in the room really helps with the exploration of bugs. This past week the children facilitated their interest of insects by discussing what their favorite insect is. We charted this at morning meeting and compared what were the most popular bugs and which were the least. Butterflies and Lady Bugs were at the top of the charts while Ants and Beetles fell short. Now that we have an idea of which insect is has the most interest, we can now further this learning experience and go even deeper. We are hoping that by next week the caterpillars start to make their chrysalis and we can watch the transformations.

This Friday we will be having our Family Celebration from 3:30pm- 5:00pm. We hope all the Jasper Room Families can join us for snacks, art experiences, and fun.
