Last week, although it was short, was full of water experiences. We have been focusing on how water moves by doing experiments that involve splashing, squirting, stirring, pouring and washing! We started the week off with pouring water through tubes into bottles and tubs. We splashed around in the water table to the beat of different paced music. We washed all of our play plates and cutlery with bubbly water and wash cloths. We tried to mix water with canola oil, baby oil, and corn starch and we got to watch them slowly separate. Finally, we finished off the week with coloring coffee filters and spraying them with water to see how our pictures would change! We also went outside daily and enjoyed the beautiful weather we had.
