Leaves & Fall! Oh My! This week we have continued our journey outside and really discovered true nature and beauty. This being the leaves. The leaves made us so excited, and we really started to gather them with our hands and throw them in the air. This motion allowed us to learn more about gravity! They come down so fast when they are high in the air, and when the wind is blowing. We also started reading two books over and over again – one being the book Fall and the other The Itsy bitsy pumpkin. We carried our pumpkins around even though they were really heavy! This really gave a true measurement to weight for us, sometimes we could hardly carry them!

Today, we met our new teacher Young. She was very quiet, but very creative! We are excited to play & learn with her! She made play-doh with our friends this morning and didn’t even need a recipe. The other educators in the room were quite impressed!
