This week we explored how movement affects paint. We used many different mediums to move and transport these liquids. Spoons, eye droppers, dump trunks, and spray bottles were some of the materials we used to create art and explore how paint can move across a surface.
We also added water pumps, eye droppers, and water jugs to the water table. The children wondered how to fill the bottles, the best way to squeeze the water out, and how to fill the different sized buckets without over flowing them.
This month we say see you later to Zachary, Georgia, and Rosie, who are staying home with their families and new siblings. We welcome Jolene to our room. She is a new-part time staff in our room to give some extra support to the sandstone children and teachers.
