We have been a bunch of busy bees this week! We have continued our exploration of “who am I” through many sensory and fine motor experiences. We enjoyed colouring with pencil crayons (this helped us develop our pincer grasp), using tweezers to grab pom poms, we explored self awareness through mirrors and loose materials, and we enjoyed our favourite sensory, play dough. We have also been very excited to play with our house centre again and cook and take care of our babies.
Some of us even got to go visit the seniors this week! We took a trip to Ottewell Manor and read “A Beautiful Oops”. We then created play dough figures and sang some songs by the fireplace. It was a wonderful experience and we look forward to doing it again soon!
Hope you all have a great weekend and a safe Halloween!!! See you next week!
