Hope you all enjoyed your long weekends! This week in Quartz room we have continued the exploration of transportation through washing our trucks and cars, train tracks on ramps( which is faster;straight or curvy?). These types of experiences allow for young children to start gaining a sense of motion and gravity.  We expanded our understanding of fire trucks by creating a “fire” with tissue paper and  rescued our little people. We also put some small trucks in the sand table and dug/buried gems.

Some other art experiences we did this week included puffy painting, painting with spices, oil pastels on black paper and eye droppers on coffee filters.

We are ending the week with music with Dawn and pyjama day!!!!
