Sandstone classroom was full of excitement, laughter and discovery this week. We made some adjustments to the classroom to suit the children’s need and added a bouncy corner. This bouncy corner is a great area for gross motor development and  for colossal play – constructing big towers! Some other experiences we initiated this week included exploring medical tools, and used real screw drivers to fix toy trucks. We also familiarized ourselves with morning meeting which are group discussions and sharing thoughts. Furthermore, we also had time for sensory play – these experiences include water beads, gak and shaving cream!!!

LEARNING OPPORTUNITY: We have expressed an interested in our own eye color and our friends eye color! Let’s see how we will become more aware of our eyes next week!
