This week in Quartz room we have noticed a lot if interest in construction due to our provoking new road development in front of the building. We’ve enjoyed watching the dump trucks and steam rollers. The children have also become interested in dumping and pouring. Because of these interests, we have decided to focus on construction, where we can potentially move onto deconstruction, as well as explore elements of dumping and pouring. So much to explore and learn!

Everyone is really beginning to settle into the centre now! It’s so great to see all the children engaging with the space and each other.
