Transformation has played a key role in our Jasper community in the past week. We were able to once again move back to our room after our little visit in the rec room. Along with the move back came a brand new room. We have transformed our space with the help of the children, making decisions together and working in a collaborative manner. We created a classroom in which we have set out to encourage a sense of creative and cooperative play. We have also seen an overall transformation in terms of welcoming both our new educators Sam and Marly. The past week has been filled with getting to know our new educators and learning alongside them, from creating vast amounts of play dough to experimenting in the water table with different mediums such as shaving cream and glitter. We have continuously transformed objects in our play thereby gaining a deeper understanding of the transformative properties that tie into all the changes occurring around us. We are very much looking forward to continuing this journey of creating and learning alongside one another, we cannot wait to see where this take us next.
We hope you all have a fun filled weekend 🙂
