This week in Shale Room, we were excited to welcome our new friend Haddie!  We are so excited to have a new friend to play and learn with.  We had a busy week with our surprise fire drill on Wednesday morning.  It gave us an opportunity to practice and all of the children did a wonderful job!  On Monday, we took advantage of the beautiful summer weather and went outside to play in the spray park.  Aiden and Rosemary were very excited to get soaking wet, the other children also enjoyed dipping their toes in!  As the weather continue to warm up into the summer, we are excited to bring the pools into Shale Room and cool off with some pool parties.  Reminder that  Monday, June 9^th, we will be having our family fun night!  It will be from 5-7 o’clock across the street at the Ottewell Community League.  Come join us for a barbecue, bouncy castles, face painting, and an art party!  We hope to see you there!
