In Sandstone… This week was filled with changes and new possibilities! We started the leader of the day program! Duties include calling people for groups – calling people for hand washing at lunch and choosing a friend to sit with at lunch at the special table for 2. The leader also helps with rabbit care. Speaking of rabbits, one arrived in our class. We took the democratic approach to naming our rabbit. It was a close race but “Gramma” took the vote by one! The next few weeks will be filled with new learning possibilities as we take a journey into pet care. We are also exploring how we can take care of each other and our classroom materials. A reoccurring interest that has been discovered through our rabbit is seasons and the different animals that change with it.
