This week we have been continuing our exploration on cause and effect. We have explored sensory experiences with bubble wrap (pop pop pop!), tissue paper and glue, lots of painting to see how the colours mix together to make new colours, as well as colouring on different textured papers to see how the crayons move along the paper. We have also been building with different types of blocks to see what kind of creations we can build and how we can build them. Some of the children have been exhibiting interests in babies as well, so we have given our babies a “bath” in the water table. There has also been extensions on some of the books we are fond of, such as ‘Panda bear, panda bear, what do you see?’ by Eric Carle.
We are excited to continue our exploration of cause and effect over the next week. Have a great weekend!
