This week has been full of excitement! Here in Quartz we have been learning how to help our new little friends discover the room, who they are as a Quartz friend, as well as who we are in the room. It has been an adjustment to having such little ones for some of the other children as we have to remember where they are in the room. We are still continuing the big idea of colour and reflection, and will be starting to add more reflective materials into our exploration as we move forward.

And what a curve ball Mother Nature threw at us this week! Guess she wanted to make Spring really come in with one last bang! But that never stopped some of us from enjoying our playspace. The children were excited for the hopefully last snowfall of the year. Some of the children built a snow castle with Michelle! It was fun to build snow towers and knock them down.
