Roar! The Jasper Room children have shown lots of interest in Land Animals this past week so we have started to move back inland with our experiences and explorations. We set up a safari / zoo miniature world for the children which they really enjoyed; we saw lots of dramatic play and social development here . Next week, we are planning to go on a safari ride around the center with the children in our safari truck, we discussed with the children some of the things they might see on this adventure.

Its March! That means its the third self-portrait drawing time. The children drew their self portraits this past week and we noticed that they added even more detail then they did in September and December. If you haven’t taken a look yet, come in and see what your child and the other children have accomplished with their drawing and fine motor skills!
