This week in Sandstone, we have been working hard on getting back into our normal routine!  We have been able to share all of our stories about Christmas and the time we got to spend together on the holidays. This week has been very cold outside so we’ve been spending our days inside. We’re hoping that next week it will warm up so that we can explore the hills outside. We have started asking the children the question “What kind of adventure can we go on?”  And this week our answer is a mountain adventure!  We have taken the house centre out of our dramatic play area and transformed it into a mountain camp out area, complete with a pretend fire and some stick for roasting our marshmallows!  We are also planning on making flags to carry to the top of the hills outside to stake our claim on the mountain!  We are so excited to see where our next adventure will take us!
