Throughout the week children started really being able to label the difference between a domestic animal and a wild life animal. They are able to tell you which ones they have in their homes and how many. Many of the children have 2 dogs!

Outside ! Outside ! Outside! This week our friends were over joyed to be going outside and exploring the melting snow. Some days we brought out shovels and buckets, other days we went to the park, and last but not least we were able to go on adventures and see what was going on outside. The birds are becoming quite loud and singing more songs ! We have been expanding on creating new spaces, staying in our personal space and becoming more aware of other spaces. We will continue to do this over the next few weeks. Some things that help preschoolers more aware of their body space is to get them to spread their arms out and make sure they cant touch any other friends. This is something we just started doing in sandstone! One of our favorite experiences this week is the new drawing boards with white board markers! We have become quite dynamic artists and really like the idea of erasing and making a new design!
